What is the difference between a domain and hosting?
The domain is your site’s name (mycompany.com), bought from a registrar. Hosting is the server that keeps your site and e-mail. With Orderatk you keep your domain wherever it is and connect it.
Do you sell domains?
Not at the moment. Buy it anywhere, or use your free orderatkeg.com address.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, it starts when you confirm your e-mail.
How do I pay?
By card or wallet through Paymob, by bank transfer, or through Payoneer.
What happens when my subscription ends?
We remind you first, then give a grace period. After that the account is paused (not deleted) until you renew.
Can I open an online store?
Yes. The Store and Store Plus packages include a store with ready designs, online payment through your own Paymob account, cash on delivery and Darb shipping, with no commission.
Do you keep backups?
Yes, nightly backups of your sites and databases, kept 7, 14 or 30 days depending on the package, with restore and download in your panel.
