Are taxes included?
No, prices are shown before 14% VAT; you see the VAT and the final amount before paying, with a tax invoice.
Can I subscribe to one product only?
Yes: e-mail only, a website only or a store only, or several products in any quantity, for example one mailbox with five stores. Your panel shows only what you subscribe to.
How is e-mail priced?
Each mailbox is 20 EGP a month plus 10 EGP per GB, so a 1 GB mailbox is 30 EGP a month, and every mailbox can have its own size.
How do I pay?
Top up your wallet in the panel, then subscribe and pay from the balance; each subscription renews by itself when the balance is enough.
Can I change later?
Yes, make a mailbox or store package bigger any time and pay only the difference for the rest of the period, or smaller to pay less from the next renewal.
Which payment methods work in Egypt?
Cards and mobile wallets through Paymob and bank transfer with an uploaded receipt; Fawry is coming soon.
